The Architectural Guidelines clarifies the process by which homeowners may customize and modify the exterior presentations of their homes and/or lots.

The fine structure and additional details to the Architectural Guidelines will be officially adopted on April 27, 2017 and enforced beginning May 1, 2017. Residents will begin receiving notice if they are in violation after this date.

                          House Rules Structures & Fines

The House rules/Fine structure is to enforce existing rules as declared in the Architectural Guidelines originally established, and helps preserve our scenic environment and maintain our homes values.

 

The Board expanded upon the original Architectural Guidelines to provide more detail for residents. We reviewed common violations, and went over each rule and bylaw to determine if it was pertinent or needed further clarification.
