GREENFIELD AT COLLEGIATE ACRES
Neighborhood Basics
Meet your neighbor: We encourage you to meet your neighbor. Opening lines of communication between one another keeps our community happy and can help eliminate any issues that may arise.
The HOA covenants require homeowners to get approval in order to customize or modify the exterior presentation of their homes and/or lots. Please review the architectural guidelines that were supplied at time of purchase. A copy can also be found on our website.
Trash and recycling is picked up once a week every Monday morning, unless a holiday is observed. All trash and recycling MUST be placed in appropriate containers. Trash is to be set out for pickup the evening prior to pickup or the morning of pickup. Containers must be placed curbside. Bulk materials or excess trash that needs to be disposed of must be in a container. Bulk materials may not be picked up during routine trash removal, and may require a call to the City. In the event trash is not secured or in appropriate containers, homeowner may incur a fine. A trash pickup schedule is posted on our website.
Residents and visitors shall not block any driveway. There are designated spots within the townhome community. Designated spaces are first come first serve. Vehicles shall not occupy a spot for a period of 48 hours or more. At the request of any homeowner, police can tag vehicles. Residents are not permitted to park against traffic or in unmarked spaces. Per covenants and City ordinances we are not allowed to block sidewalks that run through our driveways. At this time the HOA and City of Hagerstown have decided to forego the enforcement. Should issues arise HOA and/or The City of Hagerstown can enforce this rule. Be respectful to your neighbors. There is adequate overflow parking available by the park. Any concerns about parking are handled by the City Police.
